Falling Rocks

August 20, 2014

As a kid I remember when my Dad told me a story about a young Indian boy named Falling Rocks who went missing. As my Dad pointed out the  the “Watch For Falling Rocks” signs along the road side he explained they were put up along the mountain sides by Falling Rocks sweet heart in hopes someone would find him and deliver him back to her. I always loved this story and even to this day when I see these signs I think of that car ride with my Dad. Just last week while visiting my parents with my youngest daughter I shared this story with her just as it was shared with me.  #handlettering #illustration #irememberwhensdays

If I had seen this at a garage sale I would have bought it for the frame and thought it was a cheapo print.😂 https://t.co/qXfyr0ReNC
