School House Rock

January 7, 2015

Before Cartoon Network, Saturday mornings were ours. It was that one day of the week that was designed just for us kids. From around 7am until noon we had nonstop cartoons and it was the best. Ill never forget pouring a big bowl of cereal and watching my favorite cartoons. One constant staple to Saturday morning cartoons was School House Rock. They were always so upbeat and catchy that you couldn't help but dance and sing along to them. Even today they are used in schools to help kids remember and learn about history, government, grammar and weather.

Did you grow up with School House Rock? Which jingle was your favorite?

Hope your Wednesday is filled with music that makes you want to sing and maybe even dance too!
